Rakshith Rajan

Rakshith is a Manager in FRA’s Data Governance, Technology Solutions and Forensics practice based in Paris, France. Rakshith has over 9 years of eDiscovery and Forensic technology experience.

He has experience managing teams and workflows around Relativity, Nuix and Brainspace. Throughout his career he has worked on the entire EDRM lifecycle , from identification through production.

Rakshith has performed forensic data collections across a range of electronic media, including computers, mobile devices, cloud data sources, and network storage.  He has travelled and worked across regions, including Europe , the Middle East, and India to preserve, collect, process and review data in support of litigation, regulatory compliance disputes and internal investigations.

He has worked on multiple large and high-profile litigation matters. He has managed eDiscovery workflows for investigative and litigation matters in industries such as Automotive, Food, Banking, Technology, Petroleum, and Pharmaceutical. Rakshith has worked on matters related to major European and US regulatory bodies and enforcement agencies such as the UK Serious Fraud Office (SFO), the French Parquet National Financier (PNF), the US Department of Justice (DOJ) and the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Prior to joining FRA, Rakshith was a Manager for a Big Four consulting firm. He is a Relativity Certified Admin, Relativity Review Management Specialist, Nuix Workstation Certified Master, FTK Access Data Certified Examiner (ACE), and Encase Certified Examiner. He earned his Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTU - Hyderabad, India. He has also facilitated number of trainings around EDRM Model and various eDiscovery tools.
