Abhishek Nandan is an Associate Director in FRA’s Forensic Technology team based in the FRA’s Dubai office. He has over 5 years of work experience in end to end implementation of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) model. He has successfully managed large and complex eDiscovery projects across various jurisdictions including the US, UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

He has in-depth experience across all phases of the eDiscovery lifecycle: data collections, processing, early case assessment, review management, analytics, reporting and productions. In addition to eDiscovery and digital forensics projects, he has also executed cyber investigations.

Abhishek has rich work experience across leading global firms (Deloitte, KPMG and Consilio) and magic circle law firm Clifford Chance. In a previous role at Clifford Chance, Abhishek managed a number of their UK matters and had overall responsibility for all eDiscovery matters across the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions.

Abhishek holds a post graduate degree in Data analytics and Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical & Automobile engineering. He also holds over 20 certifications in the eDiscovery and Digital forensic space, including that of Relativity certified Master and Nuix data discovery master. He also has an eDiscovery certification from the Association of E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS). He was nominated for the Relativity innovation awards in 2022 under the training and development category. He is particularly passionate about the use of machine learning and AI in the legal space.
