FRA Engages Senior Advisor in Switzerland

FRA welcomes Anne van Heerden as a senior advisor based in our Zurich office. Anne will reinforce FRA’s local knowledge and global expertise in navigating clients through forensic and regulatory investigations and compliance risk.  

Anne specializes in forensic and regulatory investigations, fraud prevention and regulatory compliance advisory. He brings extensive experience leading global investigations into international financial institutions for potential regulatory violations. Anne was till his retirement a Partner at KPMG for over 37 years, the majority of which he was based in Switzerland. He served in various roles at KPMG Switzerland and globally, including Head of Consulting, Head of Advisory, Executive Committee Member, and Head of Forensics.  

Anne van Heerden said, “Swiss regulatory enforcement and corporate compliance practice is aligning more and more with that of more strict regulatory jurisdictions. FRA’s track record as leading independent forensic advisers on high profile regulatory matters will be critical for clients in Switzerland as they rise to meet new expectations. I am thrilled to be joining FRA’s global team at this pivotal time.”
