Biography
Nadia Krivickova serves as FRA’s Global Head of People. Nadia is an accomplished people leader who works closely with senior leadership to drive culture, inclusivity, and performance. She is an experienced professional across the full HR lifecycle including talent acquisition, rewards strategy, compensation planning, talent management, performance management, employee and leadership development, employee retention, inclusion, and diversity.
Nadia joined FRA after almost 20 years at Alix Partners in New York where she was head of Americas People Planning and Operations and Global Strategic Staffing Leader. Before this position, she was the People Business Partner for the Risk Advisory Business Unit. Before pivoting her career to HR, Nadia was a consultant in AlixPartners’ Risk Advisory practice (Director, Vice President, Associate) focusing on forensic accounting and corporate investigations. She started her career as an auditor with PwC.
Known for her strategic thought leadership – distilling complexity to people issues that can facilitate top-line growth focusing on retention, performance, and risk – Nadia is a trusted business partner with business leaders and market-facing professionals who have built a reputation in driving business performance through people while managing risk.
Nadia is a Senior Certified Professional of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified in Financial Forensics, and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
Nadia is based in FRA’s New York office.
