Biography
Mark Ligertwood joined Dunedin in 1999. He was a key member of the fundraising team that raised the £300m Dunedin Buyout Fund III in 2013 and is responsible for investor relations and portfolio management. He was also involved in the buyouts of Alpha, Kee Safety, Weldex, Steeper, Zenith, Gardner, ABI, Capula and Goals. He currently represents Dunedin on the Board of Acquis.
Mark is an honours graduate in business management from Newcastle University and qualified as a chartered accountant at Ernst & Young, latterly working in corporate finance. He sits on the Newcastle University Business School International Advisory Board.
