Biography
Erin McDonald is a Senior Associate in FRA’s Data Governance & Forensics team based in the Washington DC office. Erin has supported projects throughout the full Electronic Discovery Reference Model spectrum, working closely with legal support to develop custom solutions employing technology solutions to streamline review.
Erin has supported US-based and cross-border litigations, assisting clients on cases covering IP litigation, internal investigations, white-collar crime, and regulatory matters. She has worked on both long and short-term cases and developed bespoke service offerings using advanced analytics and AI based technology solutions to meet clients’ workflow needs. Erin joined FRA through the firm’s 2020 Challenge Program, an initiative created to provide recent graduates with an opportunity to explore a career in data governance and forensics.
Erin obtained her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Economics from American University and is a certified Microsoft Technology Associate in SQL SSMS Database Fundamentals.
