Daniel Gross

Daniel is a Senior Associate on the Data Governance (DG) team, in the Advisory Services Team based in FRA’s Washington DC office. He works throughout the department with senior management on Business Development initiatives and with Finance, and additionally alongside the Technology Solutions and Forensics team supporting data collection for primarily US based projects.

Over the past two years Daniel has helped foster strong relationships with multiple multi-national law firms across the US and UK. He recently helped lead a large request for a proposal that resulted with FRA’s DG team being added to a main vendor list for all future eDiscovery work at one of the largest law firms in the UK.

He has also completed both on-site and in-office collections on numerous international projects, with extensive knowledge in collecting both laptops and mobile phones. The projects ranged from an internal investigation into fraudulent mis-awarding of a project at a large software company lasting for nine months; an investigation into potential major financial fraud (ongoing), and an upcoming internal investigation into the fraudulent overcharging of external vendors for a company in the Renewable Energy industry. These cases have been located in both the US and UK jurisdictions. Additionally, he has worked with senior management on continuous improvement projects within the department.
